Challenge Me! Day 3 – Mother’s Day Lovely
Alright, so there was gap between days but onward. Day 3 and it’s Mother’s Day.
Something Beautiful: A nice surprise was my daughter popping over unexpected with a mini cake and mini flower pot. Very nice and thoughtful to add to a mellow day. Little purple flowers and such a beautiful little cake with a yummy chocolate coin.
Something Creative: Today for creating something – homemade guacamole and pico de gallo or is it salsa. It was delicious regardless of the name. Lots of colour and very tasty. Fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime, jalapeno and serrano with some salt and cumin – simple and delicious. Dinner – tacos layered with guacamole, salsa, cheese, taco seasoned ground turkey and more cheese. Pretty great dinner and great Mother’s Day cake for dessert.
